Not "start posting and hope." A phased operational plan with clear deliverables, delegation, and the metrics that tell us if it's working.

Days 1-30 · Foundation

Week 1 · Fix the front door

  • Instagram bio, display name, category, link updated (15 min · you)
  • Landing page live at edmar.dev or equivalent (2-3 days · Genesis dev)
  • First three posts published: (1) "who I am" carousel, (2) "what I built" reel showing terminal + Argos dashboard, (3) "why I stayed off social" personal story
  • Anna cross-posts to Genesis audience — first amplification

Week 2-3 · Build authority

  • Publish posts 4-6 (see Content Roadmap page)
  • Start LinkedIn presence in parallel (same content, different framing — LinkedIn is where SaaS + enterprise buyers actually shop)
  • Cold outreach to 20 US cleaning companies for Praxis beta (already have 2 pilots — target 10)
  • PG Score first market report published as long-form post

Week 4 · Measure

  • Instagram: target 1,500-3,000 followers, 5-8 inbound DMs, 2-3 discovery calls booked
  • Landing page: track visits, time on page, CTA click-through
  • Praxis beta: target 5 paying pilots at $199/mo = $1K MRR baseline
  • Adjust content mix based on what's landing

Days 31-60 · Convert & scale content

Week 5-6 · Product-led content

  • Cadence: 4-5 posts per week (2 reels + 2 carousels + 1 educational long-form)
  • Start Praxis product demo series — one 60-second reel per feature
  • Weekly PG Score market report (Miami, Austin, Nashville, Phoenix, Boston, Tampa)
  • Guest appearance / interview on Anna's audience: Instagram Live or IG Reels

Week 7-8 · First real revenue events

  • Launch Praxis publicly at $299/mo enterprise tier (pilots grandfather at $199)
  • Launch PG Score at $99 (retail investor) and $999 (enterprise) tiers
  • First custom-build inbound converted: target 1 engagement at $50K+ minimum
  • Instagram target: 8,000-15,000 followers, 20-30 inbound leads/mo

Days 61-90 · Systematize what works

Week 9-12 · Machine mode

  • Post cadence up to daily (or 6× per week) — automated with Jonathan Copy generating scripts, Juliana designing visuals, you approving in batches
  • Automated inbound qualification via Genesis SDR agents (Davi/Lucas/Felipe) — no cold DM goes uncredited
  • Praxis at 25-50 paying accounts = $5K-$15K MRR
  • PG Score at 50-100 accounts = $5K-$50K MRR (depending on tier mix)
  • 1-3 active custom-build engagements at $50K-$150K each
